A very convincing frame!
There are two possible ways to follow. Here, I used the function File>2DLT Import to interpret the 2D render, i.e. the Photoshop image, as a frame in grey, or more exactly as small dots (Manga Studio can do true greys, but it's not very simple as said later). The window A opens first, with the Outline field. Once you have filled the various zones, you choice Render Settings (B) to adjust the grey levels, which define the way your scene shall be interpreted. Some practice helps, but it is quite easy in fact. Then, it may prove difficult to include this scene into your own graphic style... Let you see that we could obtain the same result with a true photograph or with a render made by any other 3D software.
