A little retro style...
The result is not so different as what could be seen twenty years ago with those old crude needle printers on a long roll of perforated paper. If you are happy with that, OK guys! If not, jump to Photoshop to add real greys or let you make directly a "comic" render in Poser, which shall do that NPR (non-photorealistic) style with excellent quality. However, I must add that, here, the monitor structure ruins the result, because the small black dots are trapped between the screen's pixels: Manga Studio is rather built for printed results, and its manufacturer ensures that the grey patterns shall print without any moire nor any other trouble, but evidently if you follow carefully the instructions given in the PDF manual.
