Thanks to Manga Studio's Filter menu, you shall draw the simplest way, as here, star lines, parallel lines, or curves that follow a movement's direction. You shall establish their number, their direction and their random aspect. The Focus Lines' dialog box has dedicated tools to fix the starting point of the lines and to limit the lines outwards. If you select the frame's surface, the lines shall not continue out of the frame. However, the lines cannot be contained in a concave curve, i.e. they cannot be locally interrupted and afterwards continue. If, as is the case here, you fix the starting point (which appears as a blue-green cross) on the heroin's thigh, the surface between the arm and the body cannot be covered...
